Hiring out motorcycles and motorbike riding gear to renters in the destinations where we operate is just a small part of what we do. We organise, plan, and execute motorcycle tours in those destinations. Most of our motorcycle rental customers are riding for pleasure, on holiday, tours and safaris seeking a memorable holiday experience. Our absolute aim is for us to ascertain that those experiences are as problematic free as possible so that motorcycle renters have total and full enjoyment of their riding experiences.

We therefore aim to provide reliable, responsive, and professional customer service from our reservation & booking process, meet and greet on arrival at the airport, collection and drop off points, -in-rental customer support and post motorcycle rental customer support.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

If and when your rental motorbike breaks down, we will be right there within a few hours. In the case of guided motorcycle tours, the motorbike mechanic will be right by your side to fix your motorcycle so that you continue with the rest of the group to the next destination on the itinerary.

Whether you’re heading out on a solo riding trip, with a group of mates or long term rental on the daily commute, our expert mechanics will be deployed to assist you all year round if anything were to go wrong with the rental motorcycle.

Our expert motorbike repair mechanics will always try to fix your motorbike at the roadside. In the eventuality that they are unable to, they will leave you with a spare motorbike and securely transport it back to our repair garage for fixing ready for the next rental or to be re-united with you later in the rental if it is your preferred motorbike model.

Should you require alternative transportation or accommodation for the night, our team will be at hand to sort that out for you. We always have you and the rental motorbike covered, whether on the road, on tour, on safari, at a hotel and the bike jams to start, our motorbike repair mechanics will always be at hand to sort the issue out for you.

PAYL LOCAL

We ask that you pay for your motorcycle rental at your motorbike rental pick up location.

We will only ask for a 20% advance commitment deposit to secure your motorcycle hire booking.

The balance of the motorcycle hire fee is paid locally when you pick up the rental motorbike.

The commitment deposit is also 80% refundable if you cancel 7 days before your rental start date OR can be fully credited towards rental of a future date.

We have various currency payment option at the motorcycle pick up destination. We will usually accept equivalent payments in USD. EUROS, GBP or the local currency. You may also pay via Revolut or WISE both of which usually have the funds credited into our bank account the following day.
