If and when your rental motorbike breaks down, we will be right there within a few hours. In the case of guided motorcycle tours, the motorbike mechanic will be right by your side to fix your motorcycle so that you continue with the rest of the group to the next destination on the itinerary.

Whether you’re heading out on a solo riding trip, with a group of mates or long term rental on the daily commute, our expert mechanics will be deployed to assist you all year round if anything were to go wrong with the rental motorcycle.

Our expert motorbike repair mechanics will always try to fix your motorbike at the roadside. In the eventuality that they are unable to, they will leave you with a spare motorbike and securely transport it back to our repair garage for fixing ready for the next rental or to be re-united with you later in the rental if it is your preferred motorbike model.

Should you require alternative transportation or accommodation for the night, our team will be at hand to sort that out for you. We always have you and the rental motorbike covered, whether on the road, on tour, on safari, at a hotel and the bike jams to start, our motorbike repair mechanics will always be at hand to sort the issue out for you.
