Medellin Motorcycle hire Colombia.

Welcome to Colombia motorcycle Rental, home of motorbike hire/rental Medellin and Bogota Colombia. We offer the hire of our motorbikes to motorcycle riders visiting Colombia for both tours, holidays and business. We cater for Medellin and Bogota Motorcycle Hire, Rental, Tours and Short Term Lease. We are a Colombia Motorcycles hire company and offer motorcycle hire and motorcycle rental for a range of motorbike brands including BMW, Ducati, Triumph, Yamaha and KTM and  smaller range motorbikes including Honda XRE 300, Honda XR 190s , Honda XR150s . Our 125cc bikes are $45 USD per day, but currently we only have them in Santa Marta. Our smallest bikes in Medellin and San Gil are the Honda XR 150s! 

Our closest Motorcycle rental branch to Bogota is currently in Medellin. We can ship a motorcycle over to motorbike renters from Medellin to Bogota and then we would ship it  back to Medellin at the end of the motorbike rental. We are hoping to open a branch in Bogota later in 2024. The cost of shipping the motorcycle to and from Bogota will be $120 each way  and the cost of the rental  of a Honda XRE 300 is $110 USD per day.  For most motorbike renters we recommend the 2^nd option of taking a very short flight from Bogota Colombia to Medellin Colombia and just start the motorcycle rental there if that is an option for you. 

You may also wish to consider rental of the Honda  XR190s at US$90 per day + US$200 for shipping and return of the motorcycle from Medellin to Bogota.

For our motorcycles rental out of Medellin, the rental fees is inclusive of  medical insurance (SOAT) which is included in the rental price, which covers hospital/medical expenses for the rider, passengers, and any third parties involved in any traffic accident with the moto up to about $8,000 USD. There is no option for damage insurance on the vehicle as Colombian insurance companies will not insure foreigners on rental motorcycles.

In the case of any damage done to the moto we will charge the cost price of any parts we need to replace, plus 20% to cover the mechanic's labour. We are always super fair with damages and are more than happy to provide receipts for work done etc, so our customers can claim the expense back with their travel insurance. The rental bike is delivered full of gasoline, and should be returned the same way. The rental price also includes helmets, riding gloves, a riding jacket, phone mount, skid plate, drop protection, bungee tie-downs, maps and information about routes to ride. Having rental bases in Medellin, Santa Marta and San Gil, gives us the operational flexibility for us to offer one way rentals between these 3 rental locations and the optional pick up and drop off of rental motorcycles in Bogota at a fee.
