PROGRAM "CAP BON" TUNISIA

DAY 1

Our team will welcome you at 8 am at  our operations office located in Tunis city center for a safety and route itinerary briefing. Departure at 9:30 to "HAOUARIA" passing by the "MORNAG" . We will arrive to "KORBOUS" for lunch. Then we will continue our motorcycle tour to reach "HAOUARIA" where we spend our first tour night.

 

DAY 2

Today we travel towards the  beautiful city of "HAMMAMET". All along the road, we will drive on roads ideally built for the Himalayan and certainly the most famous in Tunisia for riding a motorcycle, stopping in the old Roman city of "KELIBIA" for Lunch. We arrive in Hammamet later in the evening.

DAY 3

Waking up in magnificent hotel by the beach. A change of scenery awaits you as we ride to the town of "ZAGHOUAN" for lunch. Next, we head back to Tunis through "Djebel Rsas".

Motorcycle Tour Itinerary.

Motorcycle Tour Day 1 - South Shields to Aviemore (250 miles approximately)

The motorcycle tour starts from beautiful town of South Shields a coastal town in South Tyneside. Our partners who run this Scotland NC500 motorcycle tour are based here. We advise that participants in the motorbike tour arrive the evening before the tour starts. We shall assist you with accommodation bookings in South Shields and show you around the beautiful beaches in this part of England.

The following day, we expect to depart from South Shields by around 08:30am as the motorcycle tour heads north of England through Northumberland and into the border counties of Scotland and England. The motorcycle tour heads into Scotland via Coldstream and continues up north until we arrive to Edinburgh the historical capital city of Scotland.

Lunch on day one of the Scotland NC500 motorcycle tour is envisaged at Helix Park in the stunning Kelpies. There is an option for motorcycle tour riders to join the tour in Edinburgh or in Inverness where we spend the first night of the motorbike tour.

After lunch, we jump back on our motorbikes and continue north into magnificent Cairngorms National Park and eventually to Aviemore a beautiful ski resort town in Scotland where we spend our first night of the tour.

Motorcycle Tour Day 2 - Aviemore to Ullapool (200 miles approximately)

We have a very early breakfast before we start day 2 of our Scotland NC500 motorcycle tour as we depart from Aviemore and continue the drive into Inverness driving by the iconic Inverness Castle of course, the traditional starting point of the legendary North Coast 500 road. We shall continue driving towards the west coast and to Applecross peninsula. Enroute to Applecross we drive on the Bealach-na-ba the infamous “Pass of the Cattle”. It is believed to be one of the most scenic roads in the world.  

At Applecross we shall take a lunch break before continuing with our Scotland NC500 motorcycle tour as we drive towards Ullapool via the shores of the incredibly beautiful Loch Torridon and Loch Maree.

Motorcycle Tour Day 3 - Ullapool To Wick (Approximately 160 miles).

Another beautiful driving day as we depart Ullapool for Wick. We continue our stunning ride north. The scenery couldn’t be any more magnificent, the passes sharper, the roads narrow and the coastline more rugged as we explore the marvellous bays and coves of beautiful Scotland. This is the ultimate motorcycle adventure through the west coast of Scotland and the British Isles. We spend the night in Wick.

Motorcycle Tour Day 4 - Wick to John o'Groats to Dunnet Head to Inverness (approximately 170 miles).

Today is another awesome day of our Scotland motorcycle tur adventure as we leave Wick and head over to John o’Groats where we spend the  morning before we drive on to Dunnet Head the topmost part of Great Britain. At Dunnet Head, we shall leave the NC500 and continue inland through the Scottish highlands. We drive on a very quiet country road passing by plenty of cattle and sheep until we arrive at Inverness where we spend the night.

Motorcycle tour Day 5  - Inverness to South Lanarkshire (approximately 175 miles).

Another fantastic motorcycle tour day ahead as we depart from Inverness and drive towards South Lanarkshire. From Inverness we continue the 7 days Scotland NC500 motorcycle tour towards the south shores of the legendary Loch Ness. We shall have a lunch stop at the Commando Monument on Spean Bridge before attacking the start of Glen Coe. We then continue the motorbike tour with over 20 miles of pure motorcycle adventure through sharp passes, twists, bends, sharp corners and awesome scenery as we ride through the stunning Glencoe Valley.

Motorcycle Tour Day 6  - South Lanarkshire to Newcastle/South Shields (approximately 200 miles ).

Today we depart beautiful Scotland as we drive back to England on stunning country roads via Northumberland National Park as we head back to Newcastle and Tyneside. The first part of the day is spent driving the great motor riding roads to the magnificent town of Peebles. We will then continue the motorbike tour as we cross the border on one of the best motorcycling British roads into Kielder Forest.

Final motorcycle tour Day 7 - Newcastle/South Shields to Home.

We have breakfast and then time to reminisce about the past motorcycle tour adventures through Scotland and North England, the beautiful motorcycling roads, the NC500, the drive into Kielder Forest,  the beautiful memorable rides through Glencoe Valley, you name it. You depart from South Fields with fond memories and lots of new friendships made on the tour. See you soon for another one of our motorbike adventures to another destination.

The motorcycle tour cost is £625 for a single motorbike rider in a shared room; £875 for a single motorcycle rider in a single room and £1075 for a rider and pillion.  A £100 deposit secures a place on the Scotland NC500 motorcycle tour and the remaining balance payment is due 12 weeks before motorcycle tour commencement date.
